By signing up or using Solace Matrimony website services, users (individuals, parents and guardians) agree to follow the following terms and conditions.
- Individuals must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to get married according to his/her national laws (either Pakistani National or Foreign National).
- Use of this website must be only for the sake of authentic and genuine proposals.
- Use of this website for any other kind of purposes like commercial is strongly prohibited.
- Users are solely responsible for the information provided by them on this website.
- Users must provide valid and verifiable information on this website. In case of wrong/fake information provided, Solace Matrimony reserves the right to remove user’s profile and to pursue any legal action (if needed).
- Solace Matrimony management team frequently checks and verifies the authenticity of the user’s profiles through telephonic calls.
- Users are responsible for the interaction with other users/profile members. Before sharing your personal details (full name, father’s name and pictures) with any other users/profile members, must involve your family elders (Father/Mother) and make sure the counter party is authentic and trusted. In case of any personal loss, Solace Matrimony and its management will NOT be responsible and liable.
- Users are advised NOT to provide their financial details (like bank account details, ATM PIN and number) to any other user/profile member on this website. In case of any financial loss, Solace Matrimony and its management will NOT be responsible and liable.
- Users are advised NOT to provide their login details especially password to any other user/profile member on this website. In case of any misuse of their login, Solace Matrimony and its management will NOT be responsible and liable.
- Users/families are advised to conduct personal level verification about the other interested families before proceeding further or before having any face to face meeting. Otherwise, in case of arising any issue, Solace Matrimony and its management will NOT be responsible and liable.
- Users may edit, update or deactivate their profiles (when needed) any time by informing the Solace Matrimony management team without any refund.
- Harassment, scamming, spamming, bullying or any kind of unethical behavior of the user with other profile members is not acceptable. In such cases, Solace Matrimony reserves the right to permanently block the user’s profile for the future and to pursue any legal action (if needed).
- Solace Matrimony reserves the right to edit or remove contents or to delete the profile that violates terms and conditions.
- No one is allowed to use Solace Matrimony trademark, logo, slogan, copyrights, licenses, pictures, videos and any content on this website without written permission.
- Solace Matrimony management team may update terms and conditions at any stage (if needed).
